BACK BAY. This popular gallery showcases exceptional paintings, prints, sculpture, and gouaches and is the site of numerous temporary exhibits and artist receptions.

SOUTH END. Located on four acres, this popular destination has a gallery, several small theaters and a 23,000 square foot "Cyclorama," a large space now devoted to antique shows, exhibits, performances and other events. It's home to the Community Music Center of Boston, the Art Connection, the Boston Ballet Costume Shop, and a rehearsal studio.

BACK BAY. The country's oldest nonprofit art association helps young talents break into the mainstream art world. More than 700 members participate in 15 to 20 annual exhibitions, affording promising artists considerable exposure and opportunity.
