ROSLINDALE. Though the Village's culinary expertise extends far beyond traditional Japanese cuisine (a quick run-through of the menu'll reveal dishes like pad Thai and even Korean barbecue), what really draws folks to this Roslindale space is the sushi. Indeed, their artistically-presented sushi comes in all shapes, sizes and versions - nigiri to sushimi. That said, several maki creations count themselves among the house specialties, including the JP Blues (named in honor of cousin-at-arms JP Seafood) and New England (white fish, fried of course) rolls.
